"Victoria completed work with the Marketing Department at Leeds City College. Stepping in, as she did, when we were short on staff and at a critical time of the Marketing year, Victoria was instantly a great help and went about any business asked of her with a great deal of enthusiasm. The work involved all aspects of FE Marketing including press releases, web articles, project management and research. There were many applicants for the position and Victoria was chosen for her enthusiasm, relevant knowledge and experience and her willingness to learn and succeed.

In November 2007, Computer Exchange held a fund-raising event for Children in Need. Victoria, who is considered a good friend of the store, planned and organised the event from start to finish. A good time was had by all and at the end of the day everyone was in good spirits, both staff and customers. I would not hesitate to allow such an event to occur again, Victoria processed payments and the administration herself, leaving only the fun part to myself and my staff.
